Yogasanas

A posture is exactly what the word "asana" refers to. Of all the postures that the body may perform, 84 have been recognised as Yogasanas, which are poses that allow the body and mind to become a potential for the highest possible state of well-being. The purpose of yogasanas is to direct one's energy in a specific direction; they are not workouts. To help the body maintain higher energy dimensions, Hatha Yoga is taught as a series of 36 potent postures, or yogasanas. Thinking, feeling, and living are all improved by this fundamental science. Neither advanced physical fitness nor prior yoga training are necessary for Aarikya Yoga's program. No prior yoga experience or exceptional physical agility is needed to participate in the Aarikya Yoga program. It is more than just physical activity; it helps one to blossom into their full potential and to effortlessly arrive at a level of health, happiness, and bliss. The human body is a living example of different degrees of obsessive behaviour when it is untrained. One can raise their level of consciousness by intentionally shaping their body into a particular posture that facilitates the flow of energy. By bringing the inner system into alignment with the cosmic geometry through yogasanas, one can naturally achieve a chemistry of healthfulness, joy, blissfulness, and most importantly, balance. This puts one in harmony with existence.

The following are just a few advantages of practicing yoga poses.

  •  Alleviation of long-term medical disorders

  •  Body and intellect evolving to a greater potential

  •  Bodily, mental, and energetic systems' stabilisation

  •  Ageing process deceleration
